Joplin City Councilman Brian Cowles has suggested that the Joplin Police Department enter into a 287(g) agreement with ICE. We say no.

ICE is a terrorist organization that murders US citizens and immigrants alike; they illegally abduct people off the streets, their homes, from their jobs, from courthouses, and from schools; they kidnap political dissidents and the behest of a fascist regime.

ICE has lost 90% of their cases in court and has over a 50% disapproval rating among all Americans, regardless of party. ICE is unpopular, evil, and should be abolished.
